Sandalwood Soap

Warm, woody-resinous natural soap with sandalwood and myrrh.

Where the ingredients come from
Sandalwood is among the oldest fragrant materials there is; its aroma sits in the heartwood and only develops over decades. Myrrh is resin from the scored bark of a thorny shrub. Alongside them comes turmeric – in Nepal and India not only a spice but part of the wedding preparations: at the haldi ceremony a turmeric paste is applied to the skin of bride and groom.

When it suits
In the evening, when the day is winding down. For anyone who prefers warm, woody scents to floral ones.

To make it last
After showering, set it down so that water can run off.

Use: suitable for face and body.
