This handmade soap dish in stoneware ceramic combines plain design with practical function. The gentle wave shape lets water drain away, so the soap dries faster and lasts longer.

The natural glaze in beige or blue looks calm and timeless and sits beautifully in modern, minimalist or boho-inspired bathrooms.

Because every soap dish is made by hand, every piece is a small one-off.

No holes, but a slope
Soap dissolves in water. If a bar lies flat in its own puddle, the underside softens and disappears without ever being used. This dish therefore works with shape rather than holes: the waves lift the bar so that it rests only on the ridges while the water runs off through the grooves. Compared with a perforated dish, the advantage is that nothing drips through underneath.

Made and glazed by hand in Nepal, in small ceramic workshops.
