Where the scent comes from
Two close relatives are combined here: citronella and lemongrass both belong to the genus Cymbopogon, both are tropical grasses, both smell lemony. Citronella brings the sharper, greener side, lemongrass the brighter one. Together they make one of the clearest scents in the shop.

In Nepal, herb blends like this are traditionally burned at new beginnings, for instance when moving into new rooms. That is a handed-down use, not a health claim.

When it suits
After cleaning, while airing the room, in spring. When a room should smell bright rather than of a temple.
