Lokta paper is made from the inner bark of the Daphne shrub, which grows in the high altitudes of the Himalayas. It is particularly durable, lightly textured, and has a pleasantly natural feel when writing.

The cover is designed with real plant leaves and closed with a natural ribbon and wooden stick closure – a beautiful detail that gives the notebook its special character.
